Job Summary:

Qualifications and Skills:

3. In-depth knowledge of the tourist destination, including historical, cultural, and natural landmarks.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain visitors of diverse backgrounds.
5. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver information clearly and concisely.
6. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
7. Ability to lead and manage groups of visitors, ensuring their safety, comfort, and adherence to tour guidelines.
8. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, based on tour schedules and visitor demand.
9. Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and navigate various terrains for extended periods.
